- London Cycle Routes youtube channel has very informative videos of cycle routes that avoid main roads.

Fancy giving cycling a go, but not sure you or your child are road ready?
- Pedal My Wheels (in partnership with Southwark and Lambeth) organise local second-hand bike sales and options for short-term cycle hire, allowing would-be cyclists to try the trend before they buy the bike and fully commit.

Cycle training and building confidence
- Cycle Confident's offers free cycle training programme for both adults and children (available in cooperation with Southwark and Lambeth)
- If as a parent you don't feel cycle-ready and are a female, Southwark cooperates with a programme called 'JoyRiders' which provides free group cycle rides for women. Join up for a group ride and they'll even lend you a bike.
- Herne Hill Velodrome offers many activities for kids and adults
- Wheels for Wellbeing promotes inclusive cycling to help those with disabilities access and enjoy the benefits cycling.
